Shipping policy

Processing Time
Orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business 
days, Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends 
or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on 
order weight and destination. Free shipping is available 
on orders over $250 (contiguous US states only).

State Restrictions
Pull tab products cannot be shipped to Pennsylvania (PA) 
due to state regulations. Orders placed with a PA 
shipping address for pull tab products will be cancelled 
and refunded.

Lost or Damaged Packages
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed 
packages due to carrier or customer error. If your 
package is lost, please file a claim directly with the 
shipping carrier. We strongly recommend purchasing 
shipping insurance at checkout for added protection.

Manufacturing
We are not responsible for manufacturing errors or 
missing prizes. We distribute these products only and 
have no control over the manufacturing process.

All sales are final. No refunds or returns accepted.
